Looking for realistic self defense/offense training/classes in Rockland County, NY area.?

I am looking for a school/private instructor in new york near rockland county (willing to drive some distance) that offers courses in self defense/offense including weapon disarms and knife combat. The only catch is Im 16. I have taken Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsiu for a few months and wish to augment my training with some more real world focused training. My dad is actually encouraging me to go out and do it. The reason I ask here is because most established schools training anything of this sort, especially anything including weapons, only train people over 18. Im not looking for this to use it aggressively, just for preparedness and to get a better range of training. Anyone who knows of any school, or person that fits my needs? Thanks in advance guys.

What are the UK laws on a male's self defense against a female?

Thankfully not for personal reasons but I was at a party last week and this fat girl was starting a load of fights against guys, and of course they did not dare retaliate.
Is it illegal for the male to use self defense against her after she has hit him? The girl cut open this guy's eyebrow, it was pretty bloody :S

There is no gender distinction in the laws around self-defense. Doesn't matter what sex the attacker/victim is.
